Thankfully, "self-care" has become a pretty hot topic these days. When we are taking care of ourselves, we feel an overall sense of greater wellbeing. When we feel full/replenished/well, we are able to meet life (and all it's various demands) more fully. In this talk, we will explore what meaningful and authentic self-care really looks like and feels like and how all of this relates to our nervous system. What we "feed" ourselves ultimately feeds our nervous system and how our nervous system "feels" creates the foundation for how we react to the world around us.
