Join me in deep-dive urban retreat that will explore what what meaningful and authentic self-care really looks like and feels like and how all of this relates to our nervous system.
Through discussion, lecture, and experiential activities including guided meditation, inquiry, and body awareness tools, you will gain a much greater sense of clarity around what forms of self-care are most effective and useful for you and why, as well as how to create an inner experience of self-care that nourishes you even in the least “relaxing” moments.
