Why Wellness Matters
Thankfully, "wellness" has become a pretty hot topic these days. But what exactly is "wellness" and why is it of value? In this workshop, we will explore why wellness matters and how it influences everything that we do in work and at home. By gaining a clearer and deeper understanding what wellness means (physical, mental, and emotional) and why wellness cannot be a "one-size-fits-all" approach, you will leave with tangible tools to help you develop unique wellness strategies to support you in life.
We live in a culture of overwhelm, one that glorifies "busy." But our constant busy-ness is causing us to become overwhelmed, mentally, emotionally, and even physically. In this workshop, Ellie will do a deep-dive with one of her most-frequently used coaching tools that helps her clients gain clarity, prioritize efficiently, and create manageable lives that feel more balanced and purposeful.
With over 15 years of experience in developing curriculum, trainings, and workshops, I can work with you to create a custom workshop, retreat, or group experience that can incorporate wellness, mindfulness, life balance, managing overwhelm, or anything that would best serve your group.

Join me this fall at the October Rebelle Con! I’m so thrilled to be a Mentor in this year’s day long summit on Friday which is action packed with keynote speakers, panel conversations, interviews, and mini-mentor sessions with incredibly inspiring women.
The 2020 retreat will include morning and evening meditation + twice daily yoga classes; ample opportunity for quiet, relaxation, and meandering through the 50+ acres of meadows and woods. To provide additional opportunity for introspection, quietness and mindfulness, we will be incorporating morning silence each day until after meditation and yoga are complete.
All of our meals are being planned and prepared in-house at Bliss Farm by owners Kelly + Frank. We will have coffee, tea, fruit, and Gratisfied Empower Bars to snack on in the morning plus brunch and dinner. All food is locally sourced, organic and farm-to-table as available. And it is all incredibly fresh, delicious, and nourishing. The menu will be customized for our retreat, so dietary needs will be incorporated.
